This simple detox bath salts recipe is beneficial for both your muscles and stress levels! It is literally a 5 minute job, and would also make a lovely gift for a friend.
- Epsom salts ½ cup
- Sea salt ½ cup
- Essential oil, 8 drops (I used lavender)
- Skin safe colouring, 5 drops (optional)
Combine ½ cup of Epsom salts with ½ cup of sea salt.
Add the essential oil and stir.
Optional step – Add in about 5 drops of skin safe colouring. Use more drops if required.
